1. Nature of GUCF
The Global Universal Capital Fund (GUCF) is a mutual aid circle. It is not an insurance company, investment fund, or charity. All contributions are voluntary gifts to a collective fund.
2. Donations
All donations are gifts and are non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution enters a collective fund used to address verified human problems.
3. The Star System
Earth-Stars (G-Stars) are a tracking mechanism for contributions. They do not represent financial instruments, securities, or guaranteed returns. Star values are for display purposes within the platform.
4. Account Activity
Accounts remain active for 36 months after the last donation. After 36 months of inactivity, star benefits may be reduced. Members can reactivate by making a new donation.
5. Beneficiaries
Each member must designate a beneficiary. In the event of a member's passing, the beneficiary inherits the member's position in the circle.
This is a placeholder terms of service for the GUCF prototype. Final legal terms will be drafted with legal counsel before launch.
